Offering guidance on an uncertain journey
Through interviews with cancer patients—including some TriHealth patients—we discovered that the indefinite nature of the cancer journey leaves patients feeling fearful and powerless. To feel empowered, they need reassuring support and expert guidance throughout diagnosis, treatment and beyond.
By positioning TriHealth as both a source of medical expertise and emotional reassurance, the Ask Fearlessly campaign empowered patients and their loved ones by promoting open conversations. The campaign underscored the brand's dedication to healing its patients by seeing and hearing their true needs.
Results
The Ask Fearlessly campaign was launched in September 2024 and results are still forthcoming.
