In critical care settings, immediate access to EEG and detection of nonconvulsive seizures makes a major difference in patient treatment and outcomes. Natus needed a compelling campaign to launch BrainWatch, its new point-of-care EEG system, while emotionally resonating with frontline clinicians who face urgent decisions daily. Our goal was to differentiate BrainWatch in a market saturated with product specs and clinical jargon — while making its value immediately clear to ED and ICU teams.
The Time Matters campaign we developed was grounded in emotional relevance and practical value. Instead of leading with features, the campaign focused on what the difference in time could mean for patient outcomes. Using clinical photography, our visuals and messaging emphasized human impact over hardware, and Natus’s powerful commitment to creating solutions that empower teams to deliver patient-first care.
