Growing with an industry-leading brand.

Supporting Milwaukee Tool: A Creative Partnership Driving Global Brand Success

Milwaukee Tool is a remarkable success story, defined by innovation and growth. We’re incredibly proud to play an ongoing support role as they continue to expand their product portfolio, accelerate their go-to-market strategies and innovate for the trades.

A Longstanding Partnership with Milwaukee Tool

Our relationship began in 2007, when we were chosen to redesign the brand’s visual language on packaging. Since then, as Milwaukee Tool’s pace and scale have accelerated, our role has grown alongside them. Today, we employ over 40 project managers and designers to plan and execute packaging design, product launches, merchandising displays, catalogs, ecommerce and digital marketing and event and corporate marketing.

Not only do we support brand identity and design work, we help build the systems behind the work. By creating and continually refining the processes, frameworks and guardrails that support execution at scale, we help Milwaukee Tool move faster without sacrificing clarity, consistency or brand integrity.

It’s Milwaukee Tool’s mission to keep contractors safer and more productive on jobsites around the world. And it’s our mission to ensure each product’s unique value proposition is communicated with absolute clarity, even as the pace and complexity of growth continue to increase.

“Thanks to all for the commitment, passion and dedication to our business. Your work is always completely over the top.”

The Work

Our teams or “pods” of project managers and graphic designers manage a multitude of assignments related to power tools, accessories, The Home Depot, personal protective equipment (PPE), trade shows and special events, and sister companies such as Empire Level and Stiletto tools.

We collaborate with Brand leaders at Milwaukee Tool to launch new products, support existing tools in market, and communicate to and through big box retail, industrial or online sales channels.

Whatever the assignment, we always:

  1. Focus on the core users (the trades) needs.
  2. Remain true to the VBL (Visual Brand Language).
  3. Look for ways to improve our processes through superior project management.
  4. Disrupt wherever possible.
