In the fall 2023, the American Heart Association (AHA) awarded Core Creative a silver distinction for the workplace health achievement. The award reflects our continued dedication to the health and well-being of our team members. This is the eighth workplace health achievement award Core has received from the AHA.
Our human-centered approach rings true for our work, but also our people. Our employee-led culture teams — one being our wellness team — aims to put the holistic well-being of our team members first. Through engaging initiatives surrounding employees’ mental, emotional, physical and financial health, Core empowers its employees to be proactive and take care of their unique health and wellness needs.
The American Heart Association’s new organizational Scorecard ranks organizations on leadership support, organizational policies and environment, communications, programs and interventions, engagement, community partnerships, reporting outcomes, health equity and organizational well-being. This framework was built to encourage organizations to continue improving the health and well-being of their employees each year.
Core was also featured in Forbes BrandVoice’s spotlight article highlighting all the winners and organizations that successfully embrace a culture of well-being and find creative ways to integrate wellness into the workplace.
We take great pride in our eighth AHA recognition and will continue promoting greater health and well-being of our employees and communities.
