We’re excited to share that Core Creative has earned a silver Well Workplace Award by the Wellness Alliance. The award, which evaluates members of the Wellness Alliance, honors the healthiest workplaces in the nation and is based on completion of its 7 Benchmarks model to build and shape wellness programs, and advocate for employee health. The model emphasizes holistic wellness support for employees, aligned leadership, ongoing program evaluation and collaboration.

Wellness has been a staple of our workplace for more than 30 years. Creating impactful work starts with nurturing the people who do that. This award is a testament to the importance of wellness at Core, driven by holistic wellness benefits, programming and our wellness culture team. Adapting strategies to our employee feedback is essential to our business success so each of their voices can be heard and inform a stronger, healthier workplace.

“We take great pride in earning this recognition, which is a direct reflection of our people and their investment in our wellness efforts,” said Patti Schauer, chief human resources and financial officer. “Their health, feedback, and engagement shape, and will continue to shape our wellness strategy as our workplace evolves — this award and their involvement are a mark of our shared commitment to creating an organization where they can thrive.”

Core was one of 14 companies awarded a distinction, and one of 10 Wisconsin companies awarded at the three highest levels, platinum, gold or silver. A total of 48 awards were given to companies for their 2024 wellness strategies.
