Core team members at accepting award

We’re excited to share that Core Creative has been named one of Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s Top Workplaces for the sixth consecutive year. The distinction is based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey, which measures factors like leadership, meaningfulness, appreciation, employee engagement and more.

For more than 30 years, we’ve made our people a priority — their needs, aspirations and interests, to help move audiences to action and help businesses thrive. Purposeful ideas are the heart of what we do, and it all starts with our purpose, our people. This accomplishment is thanks to our team, their dedication, commitment to listening, respecting, supporting and empowering each other. Over the past year, we’ve made a concerted effort to shift our culture initiatives to support our team and continue to have their voices heard as our workplace transforms.

“The best workplaces are built by the people within them,” said Jeff Speech, partner and chief culture officer. “Earning this recognition for the sixth year in a row is a reflection of the environment our team owns and shapes each day — one rooted in collaboration, inclusion and shared purpose. I’m proud of what we’ve built together and excited to keep growing, evolving and supporting each other as we move forward.”

This year, we ranked 20th out of 76 companies in the small business category, one of four marketing and branding agencies listed. A top 20 honor is something less than 10% of companies achieve — an honor that underscores our values and the people-first culture that drives us forward. This recognition reinforces our commitment to working together for the greater good, creating the best employee and client experience in the business.
