We’re excited to share that Core Creative has been named one of Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s Top Workplaces. The list is based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey, which measures factors like leadership, meaningfulness, appreciation and more.
For nearly 30 years, we’ve been prioritizing people’s needs, aspirations, and interests to move audiences to action and help businesses thrive. By cultivating a people-first culture, we’ve become experts in humanizing brands, inside and out. An integral part of our people-first culture is our employee-led culture teams. These five teams — Core Wellness, Impact, Connects, Welcomes, and Rewards and Recognition — allow everyone to have a voice in many aspects of our business. They also bring together employees in different areas of the agency to collaborate and work together in shaping Core’s future.
“We empower our employees to take ownership in making Core a great place to work for all of us” said Jeff Speech, partner and chief culture officer.
“This award is a testament to the vibrant and inclusive culture we’ve built together, and it’s amazing to see our collective efforts recognized again this year by Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Let’s continue to innovate, inspire, and uphold the values that make Core Creative exceptional.”
This year, we ranked number 4 out of 85 companies in the small business category. Being named one of the Top Workplaces in Milwaukee is an honor and underscores our values and the wonderful people at Core. This recognition reinforces our commitment to creating the best employee and client experience in the business.
